MOST REGULAR SEASON PASSING YARDS 2024-2025:

Last year Tua Tagovailoa led the NFL in regular season passing yards with 4.624 yards for the Dolphins. His team will be returning most of the same players from last year’s league leading offense with the addition of new receiver Odell Beckham Jr. as well. CJ Stroud is the overall favorite to win this market due to the revamped Texans offense and continued progress he is expected to make in his second year in the league. While CJ and the Texans can make a compelling case as to why they may have the league’s best offense this year, you can’t totally count out the Dolphins. Tua is currently priced as if he will finish in 4th or 5th place for most passing yards when he’s likely more poised for a top 3 finish. With the continuity the Dolphins have on the offense and the ease of schedule to start the season (they don’t face the better defensive teams on their schedule until their final 5 games), the Dolphins have a great opportunity to hit the ground running and rack up a ton of passing yards right as the season starts. If they start the season with lots of momentum in the passing game (they usually do) then Tua should be able to jump out to an early lead with the passing yards and this will become his market to lose. There’s too much value on Tua and the Dolphins to ignore here with how this is priced.

The Pick: Tua Tagovailoa

MOST REGULAR SEASON RUSHING YARDS 2024-2025:

Christian McCaffrey, priced at +650, stands out as the top pick to lead the NFL in rushing yards this season. While Derrick Henry, Bijan Robinson, and Jonathan Taylor are all strong contenders, McCaffrey’s situation in the 49ers’ run-focused offense gives him a unique advantage. Robinson and Taylor both face uncertainties in their respective offenses. Henry, despite his move to the Ravens, will be adjusting to a new system and may face more competition for carries. McCaffrey’s consistency, versatility, and the 49ers’ commitment to the run game position him as the most likely to accumulate the most rushing yards this season.

The Pick: Christian McCaffrey

MOST REGULAR SEASON RECEIVING YARDS 2024-2025:

At +650, Tyreek Hill is the most favored receiver to lead the NFL in receiving yards this season, outshining competitors like Ja’Marr Chase, Justin Jefferson, and Amon-Ra St. Brown. Hill led the league in receiving yards last season, and his elite speed and route-running in Miami’s pass-heavy offense make him a strong candidate to repeat. While Chase and Lamb are elite talents, their offenses are more balanced, which could limit their overall yardage. Jefferson, though a yardage machine, may face challenges with a new quarterback. Amon-Ra St. Brown, despite his consistency, operates in a more run-focused offense. Hill’s combination of talent, offensive scheme, and proven production make him the top value play on the board. If Tua ends up leading the league in passing yards again this season, more than likely that will translate into Tua leading the league again in receiving yards just like last year.

The Pick: Tyreek Hill

TO WIN THE AFC EAST:

The Miami Dolphins at +210 odds offer significant value to win the AFC East, especially considering their explosive offense led by Tua Tagovailoa and Tyreek Hill, coupled with a good defense. While the Jets and Bills are favored, the Dolphins have a balanced roster and a slightly more favorable schedule, making them a strong contender in a highly competitive division. With the uncertainty looming on how the Bills will continue to thrive on offense without Stefon Diggs, and the always present injury concerns for Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers, betting on Miami provides a compelling mix of upside and reasonable risk, making it an attractive option for those looking to capitalize on favorable odds in the AFC East race.

The Pick: Miami Dolphins

TO WIN THE AFC SOUTH:

The Houston Texans are favored to win the AFC South +100 given their significant offseason improvements and the relative uncertainty surrounding their division rivals. With C.J. Stroud developing into a franchise quarterback, and the team bolstering both sides of the ball, the Texans are well-positioned to capitalize on a division that lacks a clear powerhouse. The Jaguars, while talented, face a tougher schedule, and the Colts and Titans are in the midst of rebuilding phases. Houston’s combination of young talent and a favorable schedule makes them the most likely team to emerge as AFC South champions.

The Pick: Houston Texans

TO WIN THE AFC NORTH:

The Baltimore Ravens are favored at +145 to win the AFC North for the 2024-2025 season. With Lamar Jackson healthy and the addition of Derrick Henry to their offense, the Ravens have a potent combination of dynamic playmaking and power running that will be tough for any defense to handle. Their defense remains one of the strongest in the league, capable of stifling the high-powered offenses of division rivals like the Bengals. While Cincinnati is a formidable opponent, the Ravens’ balanced roster and the leadership of John Harbaugh give them a slight edge in this tightly contested division. At +145, you’re getting decent value on a team that is a proven commodity and has both the talent and the coaching to win the AFC North.

The Pick: Baltimore Ravens

TO WIN THE AFC WEST:

The Kansas City Chiefs are overwhelming favorites to win the AFC West again, and for good reason. With Patrick Mahomes at the helm and Andy Reid’s coaching brilliance, the Chiefs have consistently dominated this division. Their offense remains one of the most potent in the NFL, and their defense continues to improve. However, at -270, the odds reflect just how expected this outcome is, making the potential return on investment relatively low. While the Chiefs are almost a lock to win the division, the steep odds mean it’s probably not worth placing a bet unless you’re willing to risk a significant amount for a minimal payout. The value just isn’t there compared to other potential bets in the NFL futures market.

The Pick: Kansas City Chiefs

TO WIN THE NFC EAST:

The Philadelphia Eagles are the favorites to win the NFC East in the 2024-2025 season, but it’s shaping up to be a close race with the Dallas Cowboys. Both teams boast elite rosters and have the potential to make deep playoff runs. The Eagles, led by Jalen Hurts, have one of the most balanced teams in the NFL, with a powerful offense and a stout defense. However, the Cowboys, with Dak Prescott and a strong supporting cast, are more than capable of challenging the Eagles for the division crown. At -140, the odds on the Eagles reflect their status as favorites, but with the Cowboys close behind at +175, the value might be better with Dallas. This makes betting on the Eagles less attractive from a value perspective, despite their strong chances of winning the division

The Pick: Philadelphia Eagles

TO WIN THE NFC SOUTH:

At +310, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers present the best value on the betting market to win the NFC South in the 2024-2025 season. Despite the Atlanta Falcons being favorites, there are significant risks associated with their reliance on Kirk Cousins. If Cousins suffers an injury, the Falcons could be forced to start rookie QB Michael Penix, creating uncertainty and potentially derailing their season. Meanwhile, the Buccaneers have a stable situation with Baker Mayfield returning after leading the team to a division title last year, along with key playmakers like Mike Evans and Chris Godwin. Tampa Bay’s defense, bolstered by the addition of Jordan Whitehead, also remains a strength, making them a strong contender in a division where every team has vulnerabilities. Given the risks surrounding Atlanta, the Buccaneers offer an attractive combination of upside and value at their current odds.

The Pick: Tampa Bay Buccaneers

TO WIN THE NFC NORTH:

At +125, the Detroit Lions are the favored team to win the NFC North in the 2024-2025 season. The Lions are coming off their first division title in decades and have only improved their roster with key defensive additions. While the Green Bay Packers, led by Jordan Love, and the Chicago Bears, featuring promising rookie Caleb Williams, pose significant threats, the Lions’ blend of a potent offense and upgraded defense under head coach Dan Campbell gives them the edge. Detroit’s stability and momentum make them a worthwhile bet, even in a competitive division where the Packers and Bears will be formidable challengers

The Pick: Detroit Lions

TO WIN THE NFC WEST:

The San Francisco 49ers are the clear favorites to win the NFC West in the 2024-2025 season, and for good reason. They boast one of the most talented rosters in the NFL, with a potent offense led by Christian McCaffrey, Deebo Samuel, and George Kittle, paired with an elite defense that remains a top-tier unit even after some offseason changes. Despite the Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams offering some competition, the 49ers are significantly ahead in terms of overall talent and depth. However, at -190 odds, the market fully reflects their dominance, leaving little value for bettors looking for a worthwhile return on investment. While the 49ers are highly likely to secure the division title, the low payout makes this bet less attractive for those seeking higher rewards

The Pick: San Francisco 49ers

TO WIN THE NFC:

The San Francisco 49ers are the clear favorites to win the NFC and make it to the Super Bowl in the 2024-2025 season. With a dominant defense led by Nick Bosa and an offense loaded with playmakers like Christian McCaffrey, Deebo Samuel, and George Kittle, the 49ers have one of the most complete rosters in the NFL. Kyle Shanahan’s innovative play-calling, combined with the steady leadership of Brock Purdy at quarterback, gives San Francisco the edge over other contenders like the Detroit Lions and Philadelphia Eagles. At +260, the 49ers offer a strong balance of talent and coaching, making them the top pick to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl

The Pick: San Francisco 49ers

TO WIN THE AFC:

The Kansas City Chiefs are the favorites to win the AFC and make another Super Bowl appearance, and for good reason. With Patrick Mahomes leading the charge, the Chiefs have established themselves as a dynasty, reaching six straight AFC Championship Games. Despite potential challenges such as the loss of key players like L’Jarius Sneed and the aging of veterans like Travis Kelce, the Chiefs’ consistency under head coach Andy Reid and their ability to perform in high-pressure situations make them a formidable force in the AFC. Their experience and talent give them a significant edge over other contenders like the Baltimore Ravens and Cincinnati Bengals, making Kansas City the team to beat in the conference.

The Pick: Kansas City Chiefs

TO WIN THE SUPER BOWL:

The Kansas City Chiefs are poised to make NFL history by becoming the first team to win three consecutive Super Bowls, and the case for them doing so is compelling. With Patrick Mahomes at the helm, the Chiefs have consistently proven they can win on the biggest stage, combining elite quarterback play with the tactical brilliance of head coach Andy Reid. Despite some concerns, such as the aging of key players like Travis Kelce, the Chiefs’ ability to reload and adapt has kept them at the top of the NFL hierarchy. Their offense remains one of the most explosive in the league, and their defense continues to be solid enough to complement Mahomes’ firepower. Given their track record of reaching the AFC Championship Game in every season since Mahomes became the starter, the Chiefs at +550 are the clear favorite to win Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans and cement their place as one of the greatest dynasties in NFL history.

The Pick: Kansas City Chiefs
